Opening Night!

After a month of hardcore, exacting, and sweaty rehearsals, the entire cast made it to opening night! Our audience included the other cast, friends and family of cast members, and Madison Square Garden folks. They came ready to party and showed all their enthusiasm through the entire 90 minutes; screaming, whistling, and clapping non-stop. It was an exciting night. As a performer, it's always great to feel the energy from the audience and on opening there was no lack of it!

A few of my favorite things: showing up to opening and finding surprises at our dressing tables; including our own #trueblue champagne. Cheers!

Our other cast was set for the official opening night. Our only job for the evening: have a true night out on the town; dinner, theater, party. In our finest evening-wear, of course.

The moment we were all waiting for; OPENING NIGHT PARTY! Food and drinks with NYC's finest people under Radio City's crystal tree. A night to remember. Plenty of photo ops with all our cast mates.

And now, 200 more shows to go through the rest of the holiday season! The work has just begun...
