UPDATE:
We are all in the midst of NY-on-Pause, or… the entire WORLD on pause.
My 1 year memory popped up today and it made me think, “Wow. I am SO HAPPY I made some financial moves years ago.”
As a freelance artists, our income can be spotty. Jobs come and go, there are breaks in employment, and let’s face it, the arts aren’t known for paying big money.
But luckily, the choices I made years ago have saved me during this pandemic, when the arts have been OBLITERATED; leaving us wondering when our jobs will come back
